Lisa R Herman has been involved with the hunter world for aprox 40 years  riding with such greats as George Morris , Victor Hugo Vidal, Mike Henaghan (who was like a second dad to her) and Harry DeLeyer, just to mention a few thru her childhood

Lisa was the last one to ride the famous horse SNOWMAN belonging to Harry DeLeyer and his family before the sad situation to put him to rest, when than Harry's son got on him , jumped him thru the course and laid him to rest.

Originally born and raised in NJ, Lisa has traveled the country with what they called the ALL AMERICAN HORSESHOW in the 80s.  She has owned such greats as FOLLOW ME, ALL POWER, FIRE AND ICE just to name a few. 

Lisa has always had the interest of people in her heart and when combining horses with people it was a great outcome.
Her partner "Duffy" rode the 1986 World Champion Cutting Horse - Docs Devito and has been involved with race horses until his recent retirement  from training world.

Duffy  has been involved with training and racing Thoroughbreds for aprox 60 years and Lisa has been involved with her trainers license at five different states for 20 years . Between Duffy and Lisa they have aprox 100 years combined total in the horse business

Due to an accident and bad surgery Lisa had in 2005, she no longer was able to stand and teach for long periods of time and decided to get into selling of horse equipment as well as specializing full time in quality horse sales.

Lisa can relate to the people who dont have the BIG MAJOR bucks but want the nice horse or pony to either have fun with or show.  Lisa has sold horses from Ca to Florida to most states in between(and recently to S. Brand in Canada)  and is happy to send references from these people as well.  HONESTY IS A VIRTUE is Lisa's motto. Now dont get it wrong, Lisa also taught from basic scratch three state champions in the under 18 riders as well as pony that was state champion in Oklahoma 3 years in a row. Along with teaching Lisa was active in judging the open shows , as she feels in an open show you can help the exhibitor and talk with them and hopefully give them some pointers.  Lisa has judged shows in NJ, Florida, Ct, Arizona and Oklahoma   Lisa became actively working  for  the NEOSHA HORSESHOW CIRCUIT since judging for them.  Lisa has also ridden successfully at the top shows in the country inc Ox Ridge, Devon, Florida Sunshine Circuit (now called HITS) Fairfield County Hunt Club just to name a few. Lisa was also active with her college on the Intercollegiate Horseshow Team for Centenary College of Hackettstown , NJ (showing four times winning two and having two seconds) (inc her prestige win at West Point University)

Lisa's interest besides horses are shopping, good restaurants and auctions of different varieties.
