The sire is SHAWKLIT SUGAR and dam is RELUCTANT BUCK who is sired by the great horse SILVER BUCK (sire of SILVER CHARM,)  Whatsy has a personality you dont often see in a horse, he loves to clown around and show off. From day one when asked to jump , he took right to it.   This is going to be a high class event horse for the right trainer /rider combo or a super hunter prospect.
