On occassion we will have openings in our sale barn for your lovely and well loved animals , we charge $350 a month which we do all the labor except vet and blacksmith. WE will find the best and most loved buyer for your equine friend .
WE also do have some openings for lessons on your own horses at $30 private hour lesson (limited availability due to Lisa's health situation)
Boarding avail at $275 a month inside or $200 outside where all horses get fed twice a day, stalls cleaned, fresh water daily, blankets if you prefer (although we believe GOD gave our equine friends natural blankets) turn out if in stall daily depending on weather, all outside horses have large turn outs with run in sheds to keep them dry during inclimate weather. Inside wash rack, tack room, office, and some stalls with runs attached. Limited availability as we stay full most of the time.
Lisa is also avail to travel locally within a 40 minute vacinity of SAND CREEK TRAINING CENTER to help promote your horse for sale. Lisa has to have hands on , as she sells so many sight unseen and we want to know the best match between horse and rider. Lisa charges $100 for her services plus her commission upon sale, Lisa pays owner what owner wants for price of equine partner and anything over that goes to Sand Creek Training Center Inc wether it be $1 or up. Lisa's main interest is making the PERFECT MATCH between horse and rider and not just selling a horse.
